This is song for my kids, Aniela and Alek, a lullaby of sorts. I wrote this song here and there since Aniela was 2 and never recorded it until this summer of 2014.

Aniela and Alek may hands be warm
may your hearts be strong and true
and giggle and laugh and
clear a path that will bring us back to you

And all along the walls have grown
have your ponies left the yard?
if your truck gets stuck inside the muck
don't give up when life gets hard

even when the phones stop working
